I visited the shop recently to buy some perfumes as a birthday gift. I had checked the website beforehand to make sure they were in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I couldn?t find them on the shelves. I asked a gentleman working there?who appeared to be the manager?about the perfumes. He briefly glanced at the shelves and said, ?We don?t have them.?
I mentioned that the website indicated they were in stock, but he replied, ?The numbers must be wrong,? and walked away. I asked him to at least check the computer to confirm, but he snapped, ?I KNOW WHAT I GOT IN MY STOCK!?
Thankfully, there are other shops on the street with helpful staff, and I was finally served the way I deserved.

Alina from Lancome was my makeup advisor not only did she give me helpful makeup tips she took her time with me and made me feel special. I walked away looking, smelling and feeling good. Phoned pharmacy many times on many days .always the same responce ..recorded message . Staff to busy to answer phone.Unable to communicate with so will change to Lunts far more reliable

Went in for a tinted moisturiser and the No 7 advisor, Polly, helped me pick which one, and showed me a deal so I Ieft with the moisturiser, a new mascara and a gift set for no extra cost. She both helped me and gave me space to test the products by myself.

I avoid shopping here at all costs because the staff, particularly the pharmacy staff are incredibly rude and unobliging. The shop?s confusing layout is a queue jumper?s dream come true which often makes shopping there a volatile and chaotic experience. After almost thirty years of shopping there, I?ve switched to getting anything I need online because it's cheaper and less hassle. If they close this branch in the upcoming round of closures I won?t notice, nor will I pity any staff who lost their jobs. They all do the bare minimum and clearly don't want to work there.
