The staff are helpful , friendly and accommodating every time I go. At the Butchery Department Matt Morris and Charlie Morris are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go that extra mile to help out if you cant see or get the stock you are looking for. Also at the check out they are quiet quick with their service, Fiona is very helpful and the other lady as well who try and go beyond to help the customer if some product wont scan and also make you realize of the offers going on at the check out. Mark Oflaherty is quite efficient in handling queries and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

This so far was the most pleasant, organised, professional pick up I've made since starting with Olio, the guy took time to introduce himself, he was the area manager, he said come with me and we went in the chiller room and we had a bit of a laugh because I joked only if I get a trifle, I didn't but he said help yourself to a pack of steak it looked amazing it went within seconds when I uploaded, he said Olio was something newish to him but he was hoping to build up a good relationship with us and gave praise that it was wonderful that we did volunteering for such a great cause

Credit when it's due Sandra put my order together for which I was grateful and Ryan (Ry) went above and beyond to get things processed through the checkout at closing time. Very much appreciated.
