I don't think I would have placed my order.. Didn't realise it would be 3 weeks for delivery!!!!! Unfortunately when in the shop it was absolutely pouring down like a monsoon and I must have missed the conversation about delivery. ordered a sprung memory foam mattress I was concerned about it sinking in the middle but the salesman assured me it would not because of the springs in the construction

Very poor management in terms of recruitment. I had a phone call to say I had been selected for an interview. I was called on the Thursday and asked to go in for an interview that Saturday. I specified I was unable to do that day but offered any other day the following week. The lady manager was so unprofessional she said she'd contact me back to arrange the interview bit never bothered. Poor leadership qualities, poor decision making. First advice is probably don't call someone with a days notice for an interview and maybe arrange with the person on when is best suited for them especially when they had other commitments.I can only imagine how insufferable she would be to work for. Shocking.

The delivery drivers malc and Brandon were the best. Very courteous took their shoes off to take the mattress upstairs very helpful chatty and friendly. 10/10 for them. Hope they get to know how fab they are!!

Visiting the Shrewsbury outlet was great, the salesperson wasn't intrusive but helped when we needed it. The communications after sale were good and we were impressed that you gave a small and accurate delivery window. The delivery was great and the actual mattress is fantastic.
