My partner got her eyelashes done today here. The woman who did the lashes extensions was lovely however when she did the lashes they were awful. Half of the lashes stuck on her eyelid and the other half on her natural lashes. There was so much lash adhesive that you can see it layered up half way on the lashes. During it being done the adhesive had got inside her eyes and glued her eyes shut she did try to fix this by using solution to remove the glue from her eyelids and ended up getting the solution all in her eyes. We have since been to the walk in centre in the hospital to get them removed and her eyes looked at due to swelling and being unable to see. She has never had any issues before when having her lashes done or any reactions to the glue before anywhere else. When the nurse removed the lashes they came off in one piece due to the glue sticking them all together. She did not get her money back or any discounted price even after all of this. This has been very time consuming due to her working full time and going on her break she has had to have time off so she could go to hospital to get her eyes looked at and loss of earnings. Wouldn't recommend lashes from here. I do have photos but it wouldn't let me upload this.Service: Eyelash extensions

Friendly owner. However, I specifically asked for a French manicure and got messy light pink nails without a white tip - which I could have honestly done better myself. I returned to have them removed the next day but I was refused a refund although the error was through no fault of my own and my natural nails were damaged. Her pricing leaflet is out of date and incorrect. Would not recommend.Service: Manicure

My partner and I visit Saima every other weekend for various treatments. Every time we go in we are treated so well. She is very good at what she does and is very kind. She is also very knowledgeable about all treatments and offers advice on treatments even if she doesn?t offer them in her salon. Our fortnightly visit to her salon has become a happy time seeing a friend. She?s awesome ???

This was my second visit to the shop and I did not disappoint. Firsts time had my lashes done and they were great and lasted 4 weeks with care, this time nails and eye brows.. Very kind and lovely woman's who works there. The the selection of nailColours is great and when she did my brows, it didn't hurt. Thanks from jess
