I have to say this branch is outstanding after I had a negative experience at Telford , I ended up speaking with Caroline who I have to say is outstanding who help me sort out a problem and she handled the situation fabulous. From the moment we walked in to branch we were dealt in a provincial manner.

I have just been in to the Barclays local at Oswestry library and seen a lady called CarolineShe has helped me with a fraud and refunded the amount so I am now able to celebrate ChristmasThank you Barclays Caroline was amazing

I I went into Barclays bank Shrewbury very upset re the health of an elderly relative. The call center said i was unable to see someone till next week. However a lady called Gill on front desk tried to book me in and a lady called Caroline Izaac walked passed and took me into the office and looked after me there and then.I have to say the service from the staff was fantastic and caroline was so patient and a credit to Braclays Thanks

The most miserable banking experience every time. We do our business banking with Barclays and using this branch is the slowest most miserable experience. Whoever designed this concept and manages it on a day to day basis needs to find somewhere else to go because they have ruined this!

This morning was my first visit to Barclays Bank branch (Castle Street) for months. I absolutely loved it, great experience. I only wanted to use the cash point machine. Got welcomed by a wonderful and very professional lady, I wish I've made a note of her name. She was amazing. She very knowledgable and really helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes because of her. Huge thank you Barclays Bank and staff. You continue to impress me. I've been with Barclays Bank for almost 30 years, I am in for life.....I am really sorry for not able to mention the lady's name. I am sure all staff are great...Have a great weekend and keep up the great work.

The absolute worst branch. We wanted to open a children's savings account and it says on the Barclays site we need to do it in branch. We get to the branch and they tell us to do it online/via the app but that just tells us to do it in branch. Wasted a trip to try and open this account and the staff are there telling customers false information so they can do less work.

Barclays Bank in Shrewsbury is just awful! They now have a board with some rubbish about doing their utmost to satisfy the customer. It always feels that there is nobody managing the branch and as a consequence, we are forced to deal with the inept and often rude staff, that work there. Thankfully, I bank at Lloyds too (in Shrewsbury). Friendly customer service and help are still available there,

Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a deaf person in branch today. The assistant was told beforehand. She didn't even lower her dark coloured mask. My mother lip reads! Same person also told us take a seat. Said someone else will deal with mum's issue. They came over, refused and said the same woman again would help mum. She knew and then chose to see to another customer first who arrived much later than us. I expected better from a reputable bank.I will not be changing my own accounts to them now.
