She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
From now on, I?ll definitely try to see Caroline whenever I need assistance. Highly recommend!

This is a review for Owen, rather than the branch as a whole (because the Shrewsbury Barclays has major issues with opening hours, locality & lack of accessible services).
However, Owen is absolutely amazing - a real credit to Barclays. He was knowledgeable, above & beyond helpful, patient & understanding. Owen made the whole experience incredibly seamless & we are very grateful for all of his help. Owen is a star & should be rewarded for his fantastic customer service.

Unable to pay my mums money into her own account due to money laundering? Absurd. Staff have no empathy, all too engaged in their tablets and phones to understand actual customer service. Asked to go to a different bank and put the money into my own account, and then transfer it? Surely, that sounds more like money laundering as it's not my money!

Staff are brilliant, services are good. However, we disagree with Barclays Banks policy on Israel. It should not be contributing to genocide.

Came to the bank to set up a direct debit, Hazell was very kind and helped me up a direct debit on line.
