During our visit, we were seeking assistance with selecting a new jacket and were met with a salesperson who was not only unhelpful, but also incredibly rude. They seemed dismissive of our questions and concerns, and made us feel unwelcome in the store.As longtime supporters of the Barbour brand, we were taken aback by the lack of customer service provided by this individual. We have always appreciated the quality and style of your products, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and address this issue with your staff. As loyal customers, we expect a certain level of respect and courtesy when shopping with your company

I went Into Barbour this afternoon to try on a few jackets. The staff were excellent, went over and above the call of duty, definitely went the extra mile to help me.The store was clean, tidy and very well presented. The staff were all impecibly dressed and their knowledge of the products was 1st class. I wish I had got the ladies name who helped me for a special mention. I went in for a jacket and ended up buying a jumper aswell. Well done.
