“My husband and I went in this morning to sort out a POA and were greeted by a lovely chap at the door who asked us to take a seat whilst we waited for someone to be free. After about 10 minutes Caroline invited us in to her office space. She was a delight to work with and sorted everything out promptly and professionally. I'd happily recommend.”

“Bit of strange experience today in HSBC. My grandad went in to take some money out to pay for a vehicle. Because it was a large amount compared to normal they refused to pay it out concerned someone may be forcing him. I was waiting in the car due to lack of parking near by and it being near closing time. They actually asked for him to get me to come in to verify he wasn't a victim of someone forcing him. The lady waited with him until i come into the bank. Although rather uncomfortable for me and my grandad, this was purely to protect him and his money. I truly felt they went above and beyond to ensure that not only was his finances safe but he was to. If that isn't customer service I Don't know what is!!! ?”

“Really cheap fuel £1.42ish so really good compared to others. Clean tidy and loads of choice for food, snacks and drinks. Great place to quickly stock up before hitting the road.”

“I cannot rate this garage more highly ,I use it for basic shop etc .\\nI have also had my lost bank card very kindly handed into the garage ,and much to my delight the garage staff had ,had my card handed in\\nfor safe keeping .\\nIt is with massive thanks to the lovely honest person who handed in my card ,and also to the lovely staff who safe guarded it for me.\\nIt's so lovely to realise that nice honest people are out there during these challenging times .\\nSo a massive thank you to who ever handed this card in ,and yet again thank to the staff at the BP garage .”

“Most looked after Shell I've seen so far. Wawavyva to Shell company. Also cashier was really nice, she helped us put with costa coffee machine and with our choices. There is options of sandwiches and oven baked pastry. Most of the items you can find in any supermarket.”
