Visiting the fat face store not only for their new marine themed products but also for the staff. I have come to know the staff well now due to being a regular customer! They all know me for the love of the marine environment and forever show me new attire, which is part of their job but they are also so pleasant to be around and kind hearted. I feel this is something that doesn’t really exist in retail nowadays, customer service or just having a wee conversation with someone that can really make their day.
