Great range of carpets. Selected lovely quality carpet and underlay. Simon is really helpful and orders carpets quickly. Fitters did an excellent job on two separate occasions. Very happy with result.

Good service initially with carpets inquiry and getting carpets fitted. However I was told their recommended carpenter would call me to arrange refitting of the door. However no call materialised and my email chaser to the company was ignored. I was going to buy laminate flooring from them which I will now source elsewhere.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Simon and his team. The advice we received firstly from Simon with regards to our carpets and hard flooring was extremely useful when making our decision.
The carpet fitters went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were at all times professional and curtious, overall we are really chuffed with the final outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with service. We needed to get new carpets for three bedrooms in our new home before we moved in. Despite these difficult times, we were treated as individuals and our new carpets have been fitted. Strongly recommend if you want a personal and professional service at a very competitive price. Very slow with measuring and quotes. Managed to find another place with more choice who measured up in a few days quoted the next day and had it fitted before Evans & Son even got a quote to us.

So nice to deal with a company where the shop staff and fitters are extremely pleasant and helpful and where good old fashioned service is going strong. It really means so much that we are not seen as an anonymous customer who is simply a source of income and where problems are to be deflected rather than dealt with! Would also say that prices are good - the same carpets at another large store in town were significantly more expensive and coupled with a service so shoddy that they were ditched quickly which brought us to this company which we consider very fortunate. We have and would recommend Evans when asked about new carpets without hesitation and with enthusiasm!

Sensational service from start to finish. We were looking for carpets for 3 bedrooms, livingroom, landing and carpet runner. The selection on offer was really good with plenty of choice on quality and price.

I have never had carpets fitted before so I am a complete novice. Asked to have for some advice and for a quote to done on my property but the guy didnâ??t seem interested. The way he talked to me was like I was an idiot and should know more. This is in stark contrast to other companyâ??s in the area that I had contacted for advice. All in all this was a negative experience.

Excellent service from first walking into the shop to having my carpets fitted.Carpet fitters did a superb job and were so professional and courteous.Could not have asked for more and the price was very competitive.Will go back for my next carpets and would not hesitate to recommend
