All of the staff are warm, welcoming and caring. My treatment was efficient but thorough, they talked me through every step and allowed me to make decisions through the process. Having come from a different practice, for a change I did not feel like a number! Top marks team!

As I have said before I was very nervous when first attending the practice ..... And Everytime I go I feel more at ease the reception and other staff are so friendly even asked my mum who was waiting if she wanted. Cuppa tea .... Sim is amazing and her assistants ..... She explains what she is doing along the way, very polite and best dentist by far ? still more work to go but has done an amazing job so farThankyouSarah Cope

A very friendly and professional service is received from the moment an appointment is made. The extra care taken with Covid precautions is confidence inspiring and the attention to detailed professional care during any dentistry, using the latest techniques and equipment cannot be bettered. Many, many years ago (about 35 years) I dreaded going to the dentist but Shifnal Dental Care cured me of this and nowadays I even look forward to going to see them, I feel they are more like friends than dentists! Been many times since posting this and still the same great service
