Ha. Heard it?s shut. Booked here for Christmas a couple of years ago. No free tables when we arrived as all customers staying on for more drinks post curry. No atmosphere just a lot of drunks. Tried to set us up with a table in the doorway and free pints. Drank the pints, left. Went to spice of Shifnal. Great old fashioned customer service. They got our business the following year too.

Food was tasty but the chicken dhansak I ordered was slightly disappointing due to the chicken pieces being sliced thinly, instead of cubes, as you'd expect from an Indian restaurant. I suspect trying to cut costs on protein in meals, but unfortunately that shows in the main dishes.
Also it was the hottest day of the test so far and the restaurant has no Aircon , so it made the dining experience really uncomfortable, to the point I had to keep popping outside to get some fresh air. Says it's won some regional awards but I've eaten in far better Indian restaurants.

We thought the food was ok but my daughter?s chicken did not looked cooked properly and on the other hand my was tough and dry. This is not the first time either.

Possibly the worst Indian takeaway I've had, portions are small at best, especially the starters/mixed grill dishes... main dishes are seriously lacking in meat and the flavours aren't up to much.

Wouldnt recommend at all. Staff are useless and rude , Food Isn?t great at all Not sure why they have all the Rewards they apparently have In the restaurant. Would Recommend quite literally any other Indian !!!

Suleiman (sp?) is great! He always greets us with a smile, pleasant, and funny conversation, and he makes sure we're taken care of while we're there. He's definitely a benefit to the restaurant!

Great night out. Staff super friendly - kept checking to make sure we were happy with everything. Special mixed dish made as we couldn?t make up our mind between two different options. Catered well for dairy free options as well. Atmosphere was great too. All round a super experience - recommended.
