One of a dying breed. A true old fashioned cosy country club, the staff were lovely and the landlord was a real hoot. Defo going to return in the future.

We had booked jaspers for my 21st birthday party and the whole team especially the general manger was outstanding, so friendly and helped the night be a massive success. Definitely will be booking the function room for future events

Best pub in the world and make sure you ask Ski for a sherry as it's absolutely amazing and she makes loads of effort. I had to have two as the first one was so good.

Had my grandads wake today 22/04/24 . the older women who work behind the bar was absolutely vile complaining about the kids who all attended a funeral as we all had to deal with losing a family figure and get treated like this is absolutely outrageous. Younger staff was absolutely amazing the old crows behind the bar who was slagging off our family is not on at all and we will be all taking the further. How can you put kid friendly when the old women behind the bar was acting like witches. Would never recommend
