Seem to think it is acceptable to leave you with a broken vehicle for months on end, never contact you, you have to contact them, and then you just get "we are busy" attitude.... you know the sort of attitude businesses developed throughout Covid, and seem to have adopted as the there permanent approach

Had a mishap on a landfill site and damaged my bottom light bar . The staff could see i was devastated and they looked after both my vehicle and myself in a truly profesional manner. Young lady on reception so understanding and gave me coffee and the workshop and " supervisor" were great lads . Put my mind at ease now knowing that my vehicle will be in good hands when she goes for inspections and services ?

I can honestly say if I had loads of money I would go out and buy renault trucks and crash every single one of em just so I could get them repaired at this place absolute credit to your profession, and you always just go that little bit further than you need to,which in my eyes is immeasurable. somethings seriously wrong when the repair garage is doing more for a driver in 3 hours than the company the driver is actualy working forhas ever done. I don't care if they are Welsh lol. I. I
