After a tractor drove past, causing vibrations and my small hand jack going into my Sill and Door, bending the Fender in the process, I was gutted (see images)Fortunately claiming through my insurance was the very best idea as Wendy and the team at Fix Auto have made it look better than new!They even sourced me a Courtesy Car to use whilst it was being repaired and the gentleman who dropped it off and picked it up was an absolute diamond.Would definitely recommend them!

My car went in for a repair following an accident claimed through insurance. Fix Auto not only collected my vehicle from my house, they also dropped it off to the dealer for its MOT which was out of date by the time it was fixed. Additionally, they agreed to fit new brake pads and discs which I supplied, charging me only for the labour costs. They were always more than happy to accommodate, as well as being friendly and professionally when dealing with them over the phone and in person. They fixed my car completely, so much so that it looks brand new. All the parts used for the repairs also have a lifetime guarantee, which reduced worry enormously should anything go wrong in future. Highly recommend them!

I had a small bump with my car and my insurance company directed me to Fix Auto. From the minute I spoke with them on the phone to the moment I picked up my car they have been absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional and competent in every way. I had a courtesy car which a lot of garages don't provide in the current climate or they charge you for it. When I had my car back it looked like brand new. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the repair providing I take the car once a year to be checked which I don't mind doing. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

I received my car back this afternoon. It had gone in for repairs and a valet. My car came back looking like the first day I got it, brand new!
