I wasn?t going to write a review as at the time, approximately a year and a half ago, I was reimbursed for an mot that went wrong for the garage, I sent videos of my grievances as my proof and everything was handled well. Fair play to the chap I spoke to.Unfortunately though?Since the major debacle, the jacking point that was supposedly repaired has caved in.Bit iffy when your trying to replace an auxiliary drive belt on the side of the road!This has brought back to mind the grievances caused, and felt it should?ve aired!At the time the mot was carried out, without warning, they kept my vehicle for nearly a week, it came back making a racket and brakes were playing up, the gearbox oil was charged for but not changed as went to other garage and it came out dark brown.Welding job on jacking point was clearly poor, as it needed a hole for the model related jack to locate properly, they welded a plate straight over! How do I use the jack now!Had to drill my own 20mm hole!There is no way that drilling a hole in it would cause it to fail, as that was its original design from the factory.Now, the jacking point has recently caved in, how do I now carry out maintenance?An important structural point like this should last more than a year or two surely?! They may have good mechanics there, but I must have had a trainee work on mine!I hope they have since fired the person responsible? or at least got them to buck their ideas up! I?ve had to spend the reimbursement money repairing the vehicle ever since!Approach with caution!

Extremely helpful, obliging garage with two sites near Oswestry, Shropshire. They go to the trouble of delivering your car back to your nearest site or will leave it in a safe place for collection later. Very happy with them, thank you.

Super service!I realised at the last minute my MOT was going to run out in January so I phoned up (desperate and hopeful) on Monday afternoon & they managed to squeeze my car in a full service & MOT the very next day. So impressed with helpfulness of staff - they helped with transport and logistics - and availability of appointments & locations. Highly recommend - will be back next year!
