Terrible place. Booked holiday 3 month in advanced. With 5 days to go they wanted our passport numbers. We were never asked if we wanted seats booking.Keep walking pass the shop.

Enquired about a holiday to Dubai. Within 15 minutes Lynn had found us an amazing hotel and got us a great deal on a 7 night holiday. Very pleased with the service we received. Didn't feel pressured at all to book the holiday and Lynn didn't try to sell us extras we didn't need or want.Made us feel valued and will definitely go back for future holidays
