Went into this bank with my husband yesterday. All the businesses were wearing Christmas jumpers for charity. This created a lovely jolly festive feeling around town. TSB were not. When I jokingly asked one of the staff had they not got the Christmas jumper memo - I was told they weren't allowed to wear Christmas jumpers because it might offend some people. Who would possibly be offended? Well I can tell them now it offended me that this wokey bank was not wearing jumpers for charity.

There is only one member of staff in there that is helpful and polite. The rest of them are rude, petulant, unhelpful and moody. Trying to call for an appointment is also poor as nobody answers the phone and you get referred to an online banking service, if I could do it online I wouldn?t need an appointment!

Absolutely shocking rang over 60 times in 2 days cannot get a response had to drive 30 mins to nearest branch to be told they cannot help

I've just changed bank from TSB after 40 years +. Very poor service, very limited counter service. They push customers to use the machines telling them it saves money for the bank. TSB made major profits last year and paid a substantial sum in bonuses to its CEO. The customer takes second place at every level.

Absolutely shocking been ringing them since they opened at 10am and I have rung them over 40 times no one will answer! Someone answered once and put the phone down! Why have a number if no one answers it!

Rubbish after a load of lies on phone decided to drive to see someone 19 mile from my house to Oswestry to be told no one available to talk make appointment it?s my money in there bank I?m getting no interest on and they can?t talk to you disgusting

Virtually impossible to get counter service. That's because they're paving the way to electronic currency more than any other bank. When you have just denied someone access to their funds due to wrong think or posting something bad about the government on social media you can't have people involved. Too messy. Just ask China who have been implementing the above for over a decade now. Just a conspiracy? Yeah. Just like covid passports were two weeks ago.

The appalling service from TSB continues. Having closed our local branch in Ellesmere, they said ?do your banking on line?. We tried.Sadly their system for paying in cheques on-line still hasn?t come into operation three years after they said it would.Add to that I?m now told that business customers cannot use the post office for this either. So to do basic banking like paying in cheques or cash we have to travel to Oswestry and back each time or pay the postage.Well thought out TSB!!
