Went into this bank with my husband yesterday. All the businesses were wearing Christmas jumpers for charity. This created a lovely jolly festive feeling around town. TSB were not. When I jokingly asked one of the staff had they not got the Christmas jumper memo - I was told they weren't allowed to wear Christmas jumpers...

There is only one member of staff in there that is helpful and polite. The rest of them are rude, petulant, unhelpful and moody. Trying to call for an appointment is also poor as nobody answers the phone and you get referred to an online banking service, if I could do it online I wouldn’t need an appointment!
