“They’re usually very helpful and polite. Though they have been a little condescending on one occasion with my wife. Perhaps some improvement needed in this avenue… Their also very busy, which is usually a good sign, but I’ve been told it’s sometimes down to staff shortage. Not so helpful when you have an emergency… otherwise good job! ??”
