We love the style of the many items offered for sale in this lovely, independent retailer. We've purchased beautiful quality oak furniture, stylish table lamp and numerous ornaments. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The furniture was delivered promptly, in perfect condition and installed as we requested. A shop we always visit when in Oswestry.

Lots of help and advice in-store to find the perfect rise/recline chair. My husband chose the 'Palermo'. Quite a big investment and we value personal service - we would never risk an online purchase for something like this. The service didn't stop with the order;
delivery was excellent. Chair swiftly but carefully assembled, positioned and demonstrated for us. Thank you Emma for the superb service. Skillful reversing into our awkward drive! Emma wanted no help from us - despite the weight and size of the two boxes. Overall very very impressed with the Oak Furniture Shop and their knowledge, quality products and lovely staff. Only problem I've got is getting my husband out of it to do some jobs. I'll have to use the eject button ?

We had a problem with our mattress that we had purchased a year ago, the staff could not be more helpful, called to inspect it straight away, replaced it with a new one within two days. We can only say that the service we received was 100%, can certainly reccommend this store and the staff are very helpful, polite and know their products. We will be purchasing more products soon with them. Thank you for your service

Absolutely exceptional customer service, from initial purchase in the shop to the delivery and set up of our furniture, everything was cleared away, hoovered carpet and polished our furniture too! Will definitely be ordering future furniture from here, highly recommended.

We bought an oak bed, communication was excellent, delivery was as arranged and they even assembled the bed for us. Totally amazing would highly recommend.

What a gem of a shop in the heart of Oswestry, we were greeted warmly when we walked in, straight away we saw and knew instantly it was the bed we wanted. The delivery was absolutely outstanding, they let me know exactly when they would arrive, got the old bed out with ease, even hoovering for me when the bed was moved, put the furniture back in place and took all the rubbish away, second to none, will be back again soon, many many thanks.

This is a wonderful shop. We have just bought wardrobes and a chest of drawers from here. A big thank you to Jane, Elaine, Morgan, and Emma for great friendly customer service, from picking the furniture, through to prompt delivery and hassle free installation. Having purchased several items over the years from this shop we had no hesitation in returning last week to choose a new double bed with headboard and mattress. On entering we were given a warm welcome and as much time as we liked to try to find what we wanted. The delivery team were great, Morgan and Emma phoning ahead to give us arrival timings and then carrying everything upstairs and assembling the unit and removing all the protective packaging as part of the service. Their enthusiasm for what they do and provide was really refreshing and we would certainly recommend theirbusiness to all.
