Where do I start?....Amazing service from start to finish.I was new to starting a business, a new venture!!... I contacted SWS on a Sunday night nervously looking at getting prices for ramps to be fitted and what type to have etc with questions of whats budget friendly but still wanted quality & safe ramps, not really cheap and cheerful,To my surprise no longer than an hour later I recieved a reply from Paul (on a sunday) Instantly he was so friendly and suggested we need to have a phone call to discuss everything, we arranged the call for the next day.I called Paul at the time arranged and he immediately answered. We had about a 15-20minute conversation and as soon as we started talking it was like we had been friends for years, Paul instantly put me at ease and was in no rush to get away like some, his Knowledge of the ramps and the company's different selection of makes/models made it all very easy to pick one that suited my needs. I had alot of questions and worries (I'm a worrier)And it was always met with a professional reply, reassurance and even extra advice!..Later on we set a date that I was expecting keys for the unit so that Paul could come down, measure up to check the ramp would fit and get it fitted ASAP as I needed it ready for work urgently. (without the ramp I couldn't do my work efficiently)Anyway close to the date, I got put back a month for getting into Unit, grrrr. So now I'm panicking, my first thoughts were "I have Paul coming in a few days and I may of messed up his work schedule now".... I'm fuming too!!.. a right mess up.Rang Paul feeling bad, and let him know the situation and he simply said, "Don't worry, Best thing to do, once you have been handed the keys, let me know and I will come down the next day and measure up, not a problem, just let me know".(Wow, what a nice response!!)Time had come for getting the keys, I had now been a month out of work because I'd already handed my notice in a month prior (had a 1 month contracted leave peirod), in preparation for getting the keys and getting shraight to work..(Didn't go to plan obviously).. anyway I got the keys, rang Paul and as he stated, he was here the next day at the unit measuring up and deciding on its location for first ramp!...We then had a conversation about when ramps could be fitted and once he realised how desperate I was for getting sorted, on this occasion he took pity on me (So so grateful) he made a call to his team, and staggered some other work to fit me in alot quicker than he normally could do given my circumstances, just a few days later......My ramp rolled up, he had finished a job one late afternoon, Rang me to see if I was around to drop off, and said he would be with me around 6.30pm if I could wait, now he was working overtime to help me out and get this ramp to me, the next morning Paul's 2 man team rocked up and ramp was installed within a few hours, 1 of the ramp guys that turned up I had personally witnessed him fitting 10 ramps in, at my previous workplace, a real professional ramp installer etc.. He had moved to work with Paul for a number of years now (I didn't know). But I was so chuffed that I knew my ramp was going to be spot on Level, safely installed etc by such pros!..I had never met Paul before or heard of SWS garage equipment in my area. (Quite away off from me) However I am so glad out of Two or Three other choices, SWS were the first I contacted because of thier other great reviews..Paul is a down to earth man, who is more than happy to help out, will go above and beyond, professional, reliable and provides an all round great service!!... Something hard to come by these days.My review is honest and an insight to my exact experience, the reason for it being so long is because SWS and team deserve recognition where its due!... Thank you so so much!.. You were all brilliant at my time of need.P.s Ramp has been used everyday since the day it was fitted & still going strong, no issues have arisen, 6 months on so far.
