Impossible opening times, no way of getting any help. Postman unhelpful just said I don't know and shrugged his shoulders. 24hr signed for parcel gone missing with extremely expensive and sensitive equipment. Over 50mins waiting time on the phone as they are extremely busy...employ more people to answer the phone. Tracking says delivered but the parcel I got was a pair of shoes!!!!! No one willing to help/advise or take responsibility

They never answerphone l don't have any devices only a phone no email on line or computers l was supposed to have a parcel letter said no-one in but was in all day no one knocked dissatisfied

It is difficult to find. The building is quite far back from the road. Opening hours are not favourable.
