Oswestry pound land we've shopped here a few times now and I have to say what miserable staff they have not once in our visits have I see a happy member of staff not helpful standing round doing nothing as I say not just one occasion but numerous occasions I've worked in retail most of my life and have never seen such a miserable lot please train your staff but maybe a bit too late as most of the branches are closing down

Not only is the staff rude but they now only use the self checkout so, now you work for them! their self checkout's have a video recording your face and their is a worker who stands behind you watching your every move making me feel like a criminal when all I am doing is shopping. I do not go to Poundland to work and I should not feel like a criminal!!!! not a nice experience!

Had a great experience on Sunday 25th August in store. I'd just like to say a thank you to whoever the manager was watching over the self checkouts as he couldn't do enough to help us, nothing was to much trouble and he was very polite and up beat which is rare in this day and age. Great customer service and what a standard to set for the other staff members (whom are polite and helpful anyway)

Why the hell do they call it pound land it a rip off !! Most off the stuff is over one pound if not over a fiver !! It's not on .u need to sort it out ! Give ya self another name for your business yes???????????

A great Poundland store here in Oswestry.Spacious, clean, well stocked aisles and pretty much what it says on the tin...Friendly, helpful staff and good to have one of these in Oswestry town centre.Thanks to you all for your efforts....

Staff member named ?Shell? served me this morning.Most unenthusiastic face when I present to the till to pay.Pulling faces at me and looking side to side looking like she didn?t want to serve me.Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Purchased 2 photo frames on sat 25th March when I got home they were the wrong size I took them back for an easy exchange or so I thought the cashier had to get a supervisor who took a few mins to come who then in turn said I had to wait for a manager to authorise the swap after being told this I said forget it I would go buy two new ones of the size I needed what a palava to do a straight exchange now I have 2 frames which I won't prob use but it was better than waiting about for a manager to come and decide if I could straight swap. Absolute joke poundland oswestry.
