First visit here for first swim in forever - very impressed. Super helpful and friendly receptionist, quickly sorted out with senior discount and given all info needed. Changing area clean and well thought out - unisex with cubicles so can help a partner who needs assistance. Good poolside shower and toilets too, plus easy steps in. Pool clean and lifeguard paying attention. 20p for lockers, if I was super fussy I'd say they need wrist bands for keys - bring a hair tie.

I just wanted to say how amazing Chloe and Jess the swimming instructors are ???
I had John my little boy in Chloe's class since he was 8 or 9 months old, he is 2 and a half now, and she was lovely the whole time, but he was ready to move to the next level.
Jess was absolutely amazing with him tonight, was his first lesson with her and without me going in the swiming pool with him, from tears rolling down his face for 2 minutes at the beginning of the sessions she managed to making him smile through the whole session and he absolutely loved her and swiming tonight??
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart ???

Absolutely fantastic experience. This is the BEST gym in and around Oswestry!! Great machines, fabulous staff and lovely atmosphere. Lisa was absolutely brilliant. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We are so glad we decided to join you. Thank you.

Excellent local facility, tried the swimming pool for the first time, a few weeks ago. The gym is well equipped, and the staff are helpful.
Occasionally the toilets break down, but it takes weeks to repair them.
This is a well-lit and airy environment, with refreshments available.
