I had a terrible experience at this garage. I booked my car in for an MOT and requested a front lamp replacement, as well as fixing an airbag error that appeared on the dashboard due to a sensor issue on the battery. The garage took three days to find out which sensor my car needed, which was understandable, but it caused a delay.On the 15th of March, I agreed to a quote of £175 for the MOT with the lamp and sensor replacement. However, while changing the sensor, the garage broke a module, which was not my fault, and provided me with a new quote of £270. I had to pay an extra £95 for their fault, which was not fair. I did not want to argue, so I agreed to pay.After paying a total of £500 for a MOT & full service, I received my car back yesterday (23rd of March). However, I have noticed that the fan is making a strange noise when on maximum which i think could be a air filter as the garage replaced it. When I called the garage to ask if they could take a look, Mr. Rog was incredibly rude and did not listen to me properly. He suggested that I take my car somewhere else, which was disgusting customer service.Later i discover additional problems with my car's rear parking sensors and indicators, but it also seemed clear that these issues were a result of the work done by the garage.When I brought up my concerns on the 27th of March, I literally had to beg them for ten minutes so they listen to me. & they can?t deny what i,m saying because Despite having receipts i also have a recording as proof, they didn't seem to be interested in hearing what I had to say. When I mentioned the rear parking sensor not working after they changed a sensor on my battery, they brushed me off, saying they hadn't touched it, and how could they know it was working before? The same thing happened when I mentioned issues with the indicators after they changed a module.It was clear to me that they knew what I was saying was accurate, but they refused to take responsibility for the problems. I would advise anyone considering using this garage to make sure they show the garage all the functioning parts of their car before any work is done, as the garage's standard response seems to be, "How do we know if this was working before?"& by the way the only reason Mr.Rog was so mad because i asked them for replaced parts & he didn?t liked it. Which is very stupid & childish.Overall, I would not recommend this garage to anyone. The staff do not treat their customers with respect or professionalism. & When u asked for help,you met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Avoid this garage at all costs.Services: Electrical repair

Been several times through a recommendation. After noticing a drop in power and misfiring, the chaps at the garage picked up the issue which was the head gasket and fuel injector, the car has never ran so good since the repair and now get an extra 20% more MPG. Best service, very friendly! Just to note, my car is modified / remapped, the work was still done considering with better end results!Services: Engine repair

Really very refreshingly quick, efficient and reasonable in terms of cost - I came to Roger after having been quoted too high a cost and too long a wait to get my motorhome's engine fixed. He completed the work very nearly on time (despite the local disruption due to floods at the time) within a much shorter period and for substantially less than I'd been quoted before. Several months on and the engine still seems to be working great. I have no complaints and would recommend this garage to anyone.
