Needed an urgent mecs appointment, which is very chancy in this area ( hospital can't help). NLT made the effort to fit me in same day. Optician very through and friendly, and happily offered to wear a mask when she saw me wearing one. (another patient was coughing...) got the examination I needed and all well, very impressed. Thank you.

Extremely positive experience with both Aled & Sara. They both focus on providing proper old school customer service as their top priority. Great selection of frames/lenses. Couldn't be happier with my Porsche Design frames!

Before being recommend to this opticians, I suffered with regular pain with my eyes, severe dry eyes and sensitivity to light. My previous opticians and even eye clinic only recommended wearing sunglasses and eye drops. The team discussed my issued at length to understand what my issues were. Following conversations, a thorough eye test (again, taking a lot of time to discuss and advise), they advised particular lenses they believed would help. They order a set of lenses without the prescription element for me to try which had a specific tint. The difference was huge - the eye discomfort had gone, I could watch TV in the evenings and work with computers without the usual eye pain. The team are very attentive, certainly go the extra mile and their commitment to help with my issues have resulted in making s huge change to me. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Aled, Vanessa and your team.
