Very large store with lots of parking.
Usually kept clean and well stocked.
They have their own pizza oven for freshly made pizzas.
Had a rude member of staff but could have just being having a bad day.
Other than that it's standard for a Morrisons.

Very impressive modern store, with tons of options like fish mongers, butchers, fresh pizza and their own cafe. It was well very signed inside, with Amazon lockers, Timpsons Key Machine and more. Large car park with plenty of parking.

In store today a lady at the till asked me if I had a more card she could us. I appreciate that it is company policy to not allow this which is fine. The woman serving at the till was rude and abrasive not only in her tone and words but also her body language. When the woman who had asked me had left, the woman working the till went to another (I think senior member of staff) and spoke disparagingly about a customer loudly enough for other customers to hear the full extent of their conversation which was rather scathing. I mentioned to the woman I think was her superior on my exit of the shop that there may well be a policy that they have to enforce but that the woman on the till had no need to inform the woman asking quite so rudely. Her simple response was ?ok?. It is not okay to be rude to a customer then to laugh about her and be rude about her, especially not loudly enough for others to hear. Disappointing as this store is usually my go to in town but if this is how they treat customers it won?t be from now on.

Never any trolleys the front of store so back to the trolley bay. Shelves are always half empty or empty and when you ask about when they will be restocked the respnes is always they have just sold out amazing how they now this fact for every product. Seems like their sales based ordering system is always wrong. In peak times they normally have one or two tills open three if you extremely lucky.
Says something when you will travel 25mins out of town to visit Morrions in either Wrexham or Shrewsbury, sam products but they are actually available on the shelf and open checkouts to purchase your goods.
Shame really as is a relatively new store which held so much promise but fails to deliver on nearly every level.

Very good Morrisons, decent chicken counter and seems quite well laid out. Modern inside and toilets were also quite good. Highly reccomended.

Very rude security chap who followed us around and kept telling us we had 3 minutes till closing. My GPS watch said 10 mins. Got to the tills and there was only 1 open. And you wounder why you are loosing market share!

A big shout out to Liam Dawson at Morrisons, Smithfield Market, Oswestry. He was the till cashier today that I used. Polite, friendly and extremely helpful. What an asset to Morrisons. You have a good employee there. Well done Liam ????? PS. The lady on the kiosk was lovely and helpful too but I didn?t get her name. Tuesday 6 May circa 3pm.

It?s a Morrison. Same as my local one in Essex. Nicely laid out, clean and tidy. Click and collect was perfect
