The manager and engineer who tended my booking on Saturday 06/09/25 were courteous, informative and polite. The additional processes for my tire fitting including wire brushing the wheel and disc faces were much appreciated and the first garage I've encountered who do this. Highly recommended.

Attention to detail, under promised, over delivered on time scales, exceeded our expectations. The whole site was a operating in an extremely efficient manner as observed from the waiting area.

Decent mechanics, but these people do not value time. They assume you?ve got the day off.
At 11:45am, they said it?d be 30 mins.
At 12:15pm, it became a bigger job. They said 2:30pm, 3pm latest. This wasn?t their fault.
I walked the 20 mins to town to get food, and try to work from town (there?s no internet signal at the garage).
I walked back for 3pm. They said it wasn?t ready.
At 3:30pm, they predicted 10 more minutes.
At 4pm, they said ?it?s ready now, he?s just doing final paperwork?.
At 4:15pm, I was told ?5 more minutes?.
This was the first accurate prediction.
I don?t mind things taking a while - I can plan around the reality if I know what it is.
What?s really disrespectful and lacking consideration is (repeatedly) giving incorrect time estimations.
I had to cancel all my work appointments today, costing me almost as much as it cost to fix the car, doubling the price.
My parents also sat in a motorway service station for an hour waiting to see if they needed to divert to come and pick me up.
By ascribing zero value to the time of the customer, a lot of stress and extra expense is created.
Think before you estimate.

Excellent service thank you so much, would highly recommend. We arrived at 3.30pm on a Sunday with our two young children having had to be towed to kwik fit Oswestry by the AA after a blow out in our Tesla. We had originally thought we?d have to leave the car till Monday morning to be fixed but the excellent two employees worked super fast to get the car fixed before 4pm close so that we could drive home. They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much

Went in there on sunday and with a leaking tire. and since then they?ve kept me updated and on top of what?s going on and immediately figured out the problem. they got me in today and within about 20 minutes i had both my back tires repaired by dan. and max was a great help throughout the whole process very good shop would recommend
