Booked a family holiday for over Christmas in Egypt all via messenger. Really good price, amazing room, hotel and food were perfect.

Hays Travel Oswestry were amazing throughout the booking process of our holiday which was a large group booking, and unfortunately the refunding of it as we were due to fly to Benidorm this week. They go that extra mile when supporting customers, certainly with our group through this uncertain time... They made the refunding process stress free. We will definitely be rebooking with these guys when this pandemic is finally over!
