Absolutely ? percent joke I went in a week ago as online said that the product was in only to be told they haven't got any but there stock showed some so I ordered and paid for the item told to go back after the weekend went a day after what I was told too but not delivered so gave them a second chance to get it by today and still nothing all they could say was sorry so I got refunded and not going there again I'll drive to Spartan autos instead

Great shop for car and bike spares and repairs. Use them a lot for servicing etc. you can order anything they don't have right away. More helpful than an on line supplier. Special thanks to Paul for helping me out with the work trolley. Awesome.

Visited the Oswestry, Shropshire Halfords today for a jump starter kit. Darren was incredibly helpful, he listened carefully, explained the pros and cons of various products, and tailored his advice to suit my situation. He even took the time to show me how to use the items, which was brilliant as I'm not familiar with car batteries. His kind attitude and detailed guidance made a stressful task much easier. I managed to restart the car with ease following the product instructions, and the extra tips from Darren. Thanks Halfords, Darren is a credit to your store!

Parts not kept on site. I misunderstood that. They use Europarts. Couldn?t meet 1hour estimate. When the van showed up half the order was missing, so I?ll have to return despite waiting. The two young members of staff were helpful and polite. Not their fault Halfords aren?t a real motor factors. The senior staff member was rather rude and accusational. He could learn quite a lot about manners from the young staff and that, I find, is both surprising and hopeful.
I?ll stick with a genuine supplier next time though.

Second time using Oswestry halfords, its probably the best one I've visited ever on 2 occasions now. Had a bad experience with my car being keyed badly last night, i needed some spray. The chap (who had piercings) on the checkout was mega helpful. Gave me colour codes, let me check the colours and generally was a brilliant experience. Nothing was too much, checking for extra stock, offered to order in. Was just a great experience to what was had been a bad time. 100% recommend this halfords.
