Mess all over the floor, screaming kids and overly loud music blaring out. Took ages to get served as there was only one person on the till and she looked like she was run ragged.

I did sit down to enjoy my coffee and snack, but after a couple of minutes decided to leave because the music was soooooo loud. I suspect that the staff may have had it set for them to enjoy behind the counter, and didn't think about the speakers being above the customers in the seating area.

Great food, and lovely service by the young employee. Manager could do with learning some respect and showing it towards her employees. She needs to learn to lead example, and not be so ignorant.

An amazing coordinated happy team, with well stocked shelves, which serve quickly and efficiently to keep queuing to a minimum. Don't walk out if you see a few people waiting as it won't be long before you're served here! ?

Trying to cut down on the frequency of visiting as the food plays havoc with a low carb diet!!! Always friendly staff and great snacks, some healthier than others ?. Avoid between 11:30-13:00 if you are starving or want to eat in as the queue is right to the door. Testament to it's popularity.Dietary restrictions: 3 versions of my favourite cookie, milk chocolate, white chocolate or triple chocolate. Dr. Atkins never are here for sure!Wheelchair accessibility: One level with no step from the pavement

I'm a regular in Greggs. The food is lovely and really reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic, they are really polite and very friendly.

The Greg's ( at the mile end garage ) was very disappointing, bacon bap I had was cold and hard, and the hot drink was disgusting with a strange taste. Won't be going again.

Starting with a positive it?s usually clean, tidy & well presented but there are a couple of members of staff who are rude and the pastries are always cold whenever I go in, I understand you can?t reward themBut at least make us aware before paying that they?re cold or tell me which ones are warm as I?m get to get a warm/Hot one to date! Really disappointed!
