Mess all over the floor, screaming kids and overly loud music blaring out. Took ages to get served as there was only one person on the till and she looked like she was run ragged.

I did sit down to enjoy my coffee and snack, but after a couple of minutes decided to leave because the music was soooooo loud. I suspect that the staff may have had it set for them to enjoy behind the counter, and didn't think about the speakers being above the customers in the seating area.

Greggs is always good for coffee and a quick snack. The staff are friendly and helpful. They brought our drinks to the table and took the tops off for us
