Excellent service by Luke at the Oswestry store.Luke was very professional in applying just the right balance by keeping in touch after the quote but without being pushy. Superb service by the guys at Carpet Right Oswestry. Just had my new stairs and landing carpet fitted. I?ve been very happy with the whole process start to finish. Steve in the shop who measured everything up and made some excellent recommendations with regards to suitable options. And Ray and the boys who have just finished the fitting to a very high standard indeed. ?

We popped in on a whim to get a rough idea on carpet prices and additional services for the future. We had a friendly greeting from Steve who was professional throughout and was extremely knowledge, his help was fantastic especially considering the closest thing to a carpet we have brought is a rug. A wide range to browse through. Would highly recommend these guys.

Used this store a couple of times now for both carpet and laminate. Always found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always have more than enough time to explain options. Served once by store manager named Luke who was a credit to the company, put me at ease and made sure everything was delivered on schedule.

We bought all of our carpets and wooden flooring for our house project from this store. The staff provided excellent customer service and advice. Luke was extremely knowledgable and helped us navigate through all of the options and we couldn't be happier with the end product.

We bought carpets for 3 rooms from here and we are really pleased with the fitted result. The fitters did a great job and the shop staff were lovely. The guy we dealt with was called Steve(I think)!. He was really professional and didn't employ the hard sell. We told him our budget PSM and he stuck to it. He detailed all the cost involved so there were no nasty surprises. We called in the other day to buy carpet adhesive for something else we were doing and saw Dawn. Lovely friendly lady as well. Prices and service were impeccable. Thanks guys.
