Don't use for dropping off parcels. They use mobile phones for scanning the labels and they don't work, it's been like this for ages. If you leave it with them, you have no tracking. I haven't been able to get a refund for the label after having to resort to another courier. They have cost me time and money! Thanks for the inconvenience during the cost of living crisis.

Absolutely useless. Can't even trust them to drop off a package to UPS even though they are supposed to be a dedicated UPS drop off point. It's almost as if the staff are testing their own product all day.
