Thanks so much to Izzie who found me a Mark Hill flexi air styler in the back after they were sold out on the shelf, I?ve been trying to get hold of one for so long, and I can confirm it?s great and gives gorgeous curls? lovely customer service and so happy with it at £74 instead of £170!!

Several staff, especially on the perfume counter need to brush up on their customer service skills. RUDE!!!

booked a private flu jab (not eligible for NHS), got one at the time agreed. No airborne infection control at all, pharmacist not even bothering with a mask let alone hand sanitising. Wear an FFP2 and get out as soon as possible.
EDIT: reply noted but a bot, as the obvious answer is 'staff should be masked'. 300 a week dying from covid if anyone cares.

Lady on pharmacy counter left my stepmother feeling very unimportant. She went in, as directed by her pharmacy that couldn't obtain her normal eye drops, showed the lady her relevant paperwork, she promptly refused to it through on prescription, no explanation, and directed her to the till where she had to pay for it. Poor customer service, customers shouldn't be made to feel a nuisance
