Superb BMW specialist, closest main dealer to me is 23 miles away, heard good things about this place, had an issue that needed addressing on my 67 plate 435D, huge welcome from Bobbie on arrival, got a service pack so felt always tied to main dealer, decided to give these guys a go as only 3 miles away from my house and wow what a service, investigated sorted and great explanation of issue within a few hours, recommend to all, spot on ??

Was struggling with power loss for months, countless garages taking moeny not fixing the problem - made me want to sell my beloved car. Drove 2h+ to give it one more go with BMW Wizard. Kev diagnosed and fixed the issue within a week, and price wise it was as fair as they get. What an absolute TOP BLOKE. I will never use a different garage again. Firstly a massive thank you to Kev,I took my BMW F30 335d with a engine knock, unfortunately after dismantling the engine he found few of the parts un salvageable so with Kevs help I supplied a secondhand engine which he then stripped and rebuilt keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages and photos, honestly cant thank him enough! Took my 66 plate BMW 440i M Sport to BM Wizard for the first time, it's my first ever BMW/German car of any sorts and a great machine that needs high quality maintenance and I wanted it doing properly. After getting quotes from main dealers with substantial prices (£500 plus) I asked about for a specialist as they would be the same quality/service levels if not better and cheaper price for the same services. I got recommended BM Wizard by many people so booked in with the for full engine service (Oil filter change, oil change, air filter, all 6 spark plugs and cabin filter), I can easily and happily say I'm very happy with the price I was given, way better than main dealer prices, and the quality was just as much as great and still genuine BMW parts and all I-Drive was updated as genuine BMW service so service history is kept current and clean. Got her done within a few hours of being with them, a friendly, informative chat with one of the main guys there after I got her about things to look out for and general bits, very knowledgeable and know their stuff without a doubt. I'll be using these guys again without a doubt if and when anything else is needed. 5 stars all round.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
