I am disappointed to have to write this review however the staff in the Welshpool store seemed oblivious to my concerns. My wife bought a Stock Pot; non-stick coating, from the Oswestry store on 28th September. On 29th she used it for the first time, half way through the cooking process she noticed bits of the non-stick coating in the food, there was so much we had to discard the meal. Today we returned the pot to the Welshpool store who provided us with a full refund however if we wanted to complain or advise B&M of a possible recall to avoid other customers buying a pot that could potentially degrade whilst being used they advised us to contact head office. There wasn't even a consideration of compensation to replace the ingredients as an act of good faith. We left speechless and very disappointed. Do not buy this product as potentially dangerous

Handy B&M in central Oswestry. Slightly more limited range of products compared to the bigger B&M on the outskirts of Oswestry . Clean, tidy and easy to navigate.
