It's says you can reserve items online but you can't all you can do is click, pay online and collect. You have to go in-store to reserve items which is very annoying. You can only reserve 1 item in store at a time, you can't add multiple items to the basket and fill out your information once. Staff are great and always helpful, computer set up is very poorly thought out!

What happened to the great Argos of yesteryear.
I had my eye on a watch and popped in today to view it and potentially buy it.
I asked if I could view it ,and was told I must buy it before I could view it because they don't have the staffing levels or time to allow items to be viewed (even though I was the only customer there)
Surely by the time I paid for it , they go and get it , I look at it and decide it's not for me and then get a refund,
this would of taken longer, than them just letting me view it before I paid.
With items like Watches and jewellery you need to see them in the cold day of light, because pictures on the Internet don't fully represent them.
Well Argos you've lost yourself a potential sale today because of your inflexible attitude's to a customer.

Pre-ordered and went to collect. Very simple and easy to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Product was as described. Only took a star off as staff very pushy about trying to sell me extended warranty for item, even after stating several times I didnt want it. Other than that good experience

Terrible service ...not accurate information. Hubby went to buy item but was told they could not accept the gift voucher he handed in store and was told only accepted on line. Read small print on voucher (love2shop) and it says NOT accepted on line !!!!
I phoned the Whitchurch branch and spoke with a very helpful lady who said Oswestry gave the wrong information and yes they do accept said vouchers in store l!!!!!! Too late today now for collection ...I'm a unhappy customer

Argos used to be on "Red Square" but since Sainsbury's bought them, they are now inside here in Oswestry.Friendly, knowledgeable staff and order online and pick it up here, straight forward and easy!Thanks Argos Oswestry (inside Sainsbury's).Do miss the old Argos though....

Website isn?t great to use, however staff in store are pleasant and helpful. Click and collect service is always very good. Just a shame parking can be an issue as the car park is always full at peak times

Argos ...as per usual in Oswestry...customer service..absolutely shocking ... all they want is online ..online ...why don't they listen to what most shoppers want ? .....and its not online , all the time ...0 help for those that need it ....shopping Is surpost to be pleasurable not traumatic....seriously I wouldn't spend my money there only I have am argos card and can spread the payments ...and I am telling you that's the only reason.
