Best opticians by far. Lovely staff and Nav (optician) is great. My kids love visiting Nav, he's lovely with them and explains everything to them and puts them at ease. I have been to all the big high street opticians in the past but never again, The Glasshouse Opticians is a different league.

I would highly recommend the Glass House Opticians. The staff are lovely and really helpful, they're fantastic with children and have the patience of a Saint. Excellent customer service ??

Another five star visit to Nav and his team at the Glass House. State of the art testing equipment, Nav is hugely knowledgeable and you really feel like you are in a safe pair of hands. Fantastic range of frames to choose from with a huge choice of high end on trend frames to try. Endlessly patient, no hard sell but they all know the products inside out. Super Covid Safe environment - all PPE and social distancing measures in place. Really impressed.

I was advised by a staff member at Boots to visit Nav at The Glasshouse opposite as I had had white paint drip into my eye two weeks previously but hadn't really had any issues till my daughter said that I had a white spec on my eyeball ! He saw me within an hour saying that the spec had embedded itself and that it could mean a trip to A&E to have it removed with a needle!! the other option was for him to numb the eye and attempt to remove it with a cotton wool bud - no brainer really!! Gave him the go ahead and within minutes he had successfully removed the spec and I didn't feel a thing! Truly brilliant - and i would not hesitate to recommend Nav and The Glasshouse as his service and attention was impeccable. Many thanks Nav - will be back to have that eye test soon.

Needed my eyes tested and new glasses after putting it off for a few months..Took a week for my glasses to come (perfectly fine for covid times) and they are fantastic, the staff are lovely and easy to get along withCouldn't be happier and will certainly visiting them in the future..

I have to say my experience from beginning to end has been amazing , friendly, helpful staff nothing is to much trouble they give an honest opinion on how the glasses look on you, they have a beautiful selection of up-to-date stock, the eye test itself was carried out by Nav he is so attentive and kind, he makes you feel so at ease.Thankyou to all of you you make a lovely team.

Service could not of been any better, travelled over an hour and a half to get my daughter fitted for the nano vista glasses, and was well worth the journey!!!
