We stopped here for drinks . Took ages to get served. We used the drive thru. Lots of people were waiting. It's not a regular choice for us and probably won't bother in the future unfortunately.

Worst McDonalds I?ve been to in every aspect since it opened it hasn?t improved they can?t get simple orders correct and even then the wait time is like 40 mins and the management is super rude

Just pulled in for a Coffee, only two cars In frount of me, but taken 7min before I eventually received the coffee, next time I'll pop to Greggs just across the road

Nice restaurant clean toilets and clean restaurant small parking space let's this down,could not find a space had to park elsewhere then walk to it.
Parking: Busy restaurant with not much parking space,probably about 30 spaces and it's always full.

Last few visits have all been problematical.
I know I order a salad but it's on their menu and 3 times now it hasn't been right with it either being totally wrong or bits missing such as sauce or even the cutlery!
If you are visiting here and ordering salad check before you leave that it is correct as I do every time now.

not happy whatsoever, placed an order last night for delivery for a wrap and ended up getting just a box with one little piece of chicken in & another box with lettuce and mayonnaise on it, can hardly call that a wrap. when i rang them to explain what happened they were very rude and told me i need to order another one?luckily uber are refunding me half of the money. but newport mcdonald?s needs to sort itself out ! how can it not be their problem, when it?s their restaurant. they packed my order. & when ur hungry and pay for food you expect it all to be there ?

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Crispy fries, staff were attentive and friendly, checking to see how our food was mid-meal - certainly service with a smile. Decent tunes too.

Went thru the drive thru, and when I came to eat my food the order was wrong and chips were stone cold. They didn?t give me my drink (I should have checked but still? got the order right!)
I asked for no tomato and no gerkin and got both, no drink and stone cold chips. I can live with that if I was offered another meal but I spoke to CLINTON THE MANAGER. His attitude was absolutely disgusting. He said I had to drive back with the food and he MAY rectify it. He was so rude I never want to go there again. He also put the phone down on me. I will be looking to make a formal complaint about CLINTON as he was vile!

Always manage to mess up my order. Slow even on a lesser busy day. Bad vibes all the way round. But the drive through service is top notch.
