The toilets in this building are just disgusting.. multiple times urine all over the floor with staff only acknowledging it but not cleaning it.. literally impossible not to walk around in someone's waste. Today I arrived well before 1 to come on the trampolines at 1 and I'm left waiting at the front desk for 14 minutes with no help so miss the 1 o'clock slot. Appalling. Also lockers are almost all broken so valuables are left at a big risk.

We had a fabulous time here when visiting with our children. Wasn't overly crowded like a lot of similar places we've been to before.

Such a fantastic idea of play area for kids. We celebrated my daughter?s 4th birthday at Jump Adventure yesterday. Kids loved the trampoline experience so much. Followed by the party. I have to say the buffet was more than what we expected. Mascot is a plus point for the kids. Such a great option for toddlers. My daughter and her nursery friends enjoyed the party so much. I think I have made a good choice choosing Jump Adventure. Thank you to Josie who looked after my booking mainly and thank you to the entire team. All we want is kids to have a great day and enjoy the party. Such a memorable day for many of the kids who been invited to the party. Worth the price! ??

Been there over half term. It was super busy and super disorganised. Every letter of my name was misspelled, so they COULDNT FIND MY BOOKING, I was waiting for a wristband over 20 minutes! Nobody seemed to be bothered...Despite arriving 25 minutes before time, Ive lost around 20 minutes of an actual play time. Its not pushchair friendly, you have to carry it upstairs as there is no lift because toddlers below 2 are not allowed on a play area. Shame, for this money I will definitely not be coming back. Luckily there is more places offering better service in comparable price.

My son desperately wanted a party at Jump and so we decided to book. I have to say it was an amazing party and all the children enjoyed themselves. We booked the Sonic mascot who was a huge hit with the kids. Sonic was out on the floor for 15 minutes followed by another 15 minutes in the party room so that he could join in and sing happy birthday to the Sonic mad birthday boy. The staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly the birthday boy said it was an amazing party ?.

I have been several times. The kids enjoy the equipment but overall the location is poorly maintained and managed. Often overcrowded but popularity is dwindling so this is now rarely a problem. Equipment sometimes closed. Doesn't feel like they are making enough money to keep on top of things and pay staff properly. Staff can be unhelpful, seem disengaged and I have seen them ignoring unsafe behaviour in the park. Overall the place is dirty and needs refreshing. The food is slow and low quality. The cafe is often dirty with untidied tables. Innoflate, the other option in town, is a much better example of how these places should be run - clean, well maintained with proactive and attentive staff.

Place was filthy needed a dam good hoover ?, blood droplets in places, the ramp was closed off I assume broken, the red platforms in the foam pit were broken but still being used, the equipment was tacky and worn especially in the little ninja park bit. There's hardly any foam pieces in the pit that you can see the wood around the sides. It was packed and the kids were running absolutely wild everywhere not a care in the world for any rules and staff didn't seem to care much.

Does your child talk non stop? Does your child require constant entertainment? Is your child always asking questions like 'mummy why do they call the planet earth, earth?' 'Why is tarmac hard?' 'why is the sun hot?' All bloody day? Before you consider dosing yourself at regular intervals with gin from a hip flask, stop! Take your child to Jump Adventure for two hours. Two hours at Jump Adventure will exhaust your child into a quiet and compliant state, while you peacefully drink tea in the cafe and contemplate what you're going to do with him tomorrow.

Came for a child's party. No wait as we had fill out the disclaimer before coming. There are terminals onsite to fill it in. Party room is a just separated by a wall, entranceway shared with another party table. Kids only ate and went. Cafe upstairs for adults with a large viewing area and tables. Lots of trampolines with six different 'activities'. Big sponge block pit was the favourite. Lots of staff who are very attentive.

Had the most AMAZING time here! Definitely adult friendly. Staff were super helpful and McKenzie in particular went over & above to make sure we had a great time... Would be good if the locker keys were on bracelets or something so easier to carry ?Had a lush slushie at the end too, thankyou!!

If I could give zero stars I would.Very run down. Parts of apparatus broken, torn ie... foam pit climbing stones.. one with a huge tear my daughters foot went straight through as she tried to jump off.No balls in basketball part, so found a yellow and green ball for my kids to play with for a staff member to take away as they're not allowed in that part apparently only the dodgeball part. We were then told Yellow and green for dodgeball part and orange for basketball. Yet all orange balls were in the dodgeball part so had to go and ask for them after we had already discussed this with a staff member. Finally playing happily with other children joining in with yellow and green balls of which no staff member removed. The netting from dodgeball was ripped so all balls would come into the basketball part.A 3rd occasion a staff member refused to give us an orange ball as we were apparenyly only allowed 2 orange balls in with us.. which was only explained when said staff member refused to give us an orange back..by this point id already spoken to 3 seperate staff members and the same one twice who denied telling us green and yellow were not allowed in basket ball part, calling me a liar) We actually felt picked on as other kids were in and out with yellow and green balls but nothing was said or removed... only became an issue for my children when playing in there. When I addressed this with another staff member the attitude and response I got was disgusting resulting in me just wanting to up and leave with my kids, which we did. When I asked for complaint details and walked away the girls and acting manager starting bitching about our situation between them. So I confronted them and made it clear that it was not professional and out of order.I will be making a formal complaint as our visit was horrendous £60+ it cost us as a family of 6.. what for...bad attitudes, broken apparatus and a confrontation with 3 staff members on the desk who were very unprofessional.Waste of time and money. Disgusting place and disgusting staff.Responding to your comment... 2 orange balls only was discussed the 3rd time I spoke with a staff member... and at no point did any staff member ensure the rule of one person at a time.. my 4 children were playing together along with 3 children who were not with us and a staff member was stood near us pretty much the whole time, with this in mind never once did anyone approach us to state this rule, nor did they explain it when they had ample opprtunity to on the 3 seperate occasions that i myself had to approach a staff member.Seems like your staff need a refresher on the rules, enforcing the rules and are in desperate need of customer care training... I would say retraining but basic customer care was non existent. For your staff to enforce these rules you should also ensure the netting isn't damaged nor a gap at the top for dodgballs to get into the basketball area. On our visit today this was one of our many main problems!!

Kids and I love it, been a few times now. Both at busy peak time and a quiter time. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Good range or snacks, food, drinks available.
