“Honestly I've never had such a positive experience at a hairdressers before. Hope trimmed my hair for me and listened to everything I said and solved every issue with no trouble, she was very talkative and was so easy to get along with and it completely distracted me from how anxious I felt. She gave pleanty of feedback on how to handle my hair and what I should do in order to have it the way I like it and was overall so helpful and so kind.
