Booked for missus, she needed massage urgently as she was in severe back pain. I was grateful they squeezed us in at 5:30 for a half hour. They asked us to come 5-10mins early as they would definitely close at 6. Arrived at 5:20 and by gone 5:45 they hadn't seen her. Missus left in frustration. I fear it would have got to 6 and they just would've turfed her out if she had stayed. Very frustrating experience.

Having been to lots of salons previously Diamond Beauty is by far the very best. Excellent customer service from all of the girls and their attention to detail is also excellent, my nails always look amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. Lovely experience have our nails done for my daughters wedding. Mum, Bride and flower girl all very happy. 4 weeks on and apart from growth my nails are still perfect.

The staff were nice, but the gel pedicure was the worst I've ever had. I rang to complain after I got home and realised the poor quality in the light, and no answer. Emailed with photographs and no reply. Shame! Wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend.

I went to Diamond Beauty for an Indian Head Massage and Hydrating Back massage and the experience was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to get me an appointment when I wanted. Lucy did my treatments which were both excellent. I will definitely return and I thought the treatments were very reasonably priced

Lovely little place, not OTT. Aprés nails for £40. A bigger choice of colours would be nice and a text or email confirming the appointment.

I had LVL lashes and eyebrow shape and tint. I was nervous as I've never had anything like this before. I was put at ease and I am really happy with the result. Looks so natural! I will be back again for other treatments! Thank you!
