Loved this great old pub.
Limited space to sit..but we hung around for a bit with a drink and managed to get a seat after a short time.
Love the history of these old pubs and its just nice to sit with a g&t( in my case!)and soak up the country atmosphere. We had a meal booked for 9 so had to leave...but wish we could have stayed for another drink!

The property is small inside with a max of 35 people seated or 50 standing. However, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious with perfect portion sizes. Reccommend booking a table to eat to prevent dissapointment.

I LOVED this pub, food was amazing and really quickly served, especially as I was in a group of 39 people!!! Thank you so much to all the kitchen staff as well as the bar and waiting crew. You?ve all outdone yourselves, especially in this heat. Well done guys!

Gorgeous little pub with a wonderful team who were so flexible and willing to help us with a booking of 40 people! Lovely food and service, couldn?t recommend more.

Outstanding is an understatement, wonderful food, drinks were great and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend a visit if you are near. The Sunday roast was 11/10.

This pub is a personal favourite. Delicious food with great service in a character full setting . It has a good local vibe in the bar with more seating to the rear. A welcoming and fun place full of history and the occasional film crew!

Very happy with this place. Pub food with excellent quality and attention. The homemade tartare sauce was a lovely addition and they really cared about their service. By far my favourite place in Much Wenlock!
