Very thorough and efficient testing by your optometrist, Harpreet. Everything explained as required. I did not choose new frames at this appointment, as I had also had a visual fields testso I was rather weary by the end of the session! A few days after, I called back at the Drayton premises, in order to choose frames. I am quite picky about the fit, rather than the appearance, but Shaun was very patient and knowledgeable, and I think this appointment lasted about an hour. It took about 2 weeks for the new glasses to be ready but I do have a fairly complicated prescription plus the lenses are photochromic, thin and varifocal! On collection, the glasses were fine but over the next day or so, I experienced a lot of discomfort behind my ears. But problem quickly diagnosed and dealt with, so I am very happy with my new specs! Many thanks to all of your great staff!

Just had some new frames, broke my original in a fall. Glasses were a bit tight and Specsavers adjusted them twice for me. No charge, Brilliant.Thanks

Not an issue with the optician. Issue after you part with your money. Service is none existent. still waiting for the glasses which were supposed to take a week. Went in after 2 weeks. Order had arrived and was wrong. The free pair of sunglasses had arrived and the Cath Kidson substituted with the fake tortoise shell frames. 1st I could keep both pairs until the Cath Kidson arrived then I needed to take the tortoise shell glasses back and told it would be another week. Been back in after 2 weeks, no glasses and no one knows anything. Was told they would investigate and be back in touch. 34 days later still no glasses and still waiting to hear what is going on.

I booked an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before appointment time. I told a member of staff I was here for an eye test and was told to take a seat. I was a little surprised I wasn?t asked my name but took a seat. Around 10 minutes later I was asked if I had checked in. On speaking to a couple sat next to me I was told they both had appointments at the same time as me. There was two opticians working so assumed they would go in together. About twenty minutes after my appointment time the couple were called into different treatment roomsI waited for another twenty minutes before a member of staff asked me what time was my appointment. At this point, and now 45 minutes after my appointment time I gave up and decided to leave..poor service

I always struggled to find glasses I liked so I always stuck with the same frame. Emmie was a great help today who took her time with both me and my mum to help pick out the perfect frame. I ended up choosing one that I never thought about trying on, great service and brilliant overall

Market Drayton Specsavers where polite and very efficient from making appointment on the system to my arrival. They looked after me and explained every step of the way what was happening. And the wait time for my new prescription glasses was acceptable
