Never anybody on the tills, can?t get in and out of this shop in a rush. Need to grab some fruit on the school run? Forget it unless you leave 10-15 spare to buy an apple!
No self scans so you can?t even bypass it.
Added to the fact that their delivery lorry blocks the car park most mornings so it?s a struggle to even get in and out of the shop. I visit Tesco or Morrisons now instead.

Some staff members require customer training, most staff ok however the supply of staples not good (milk) not always available. Prices not always correct. Parking notices state 30 minutes but a certain staff member parks for hours on end?

Stopped there on Saturday 6th and unfortunately they were having a delivery and the steps from the car park were temporarily out off use and being controlled by a young woman, as I am unable walk very far I asked the young woman how I could enter the shop expecting her to be able to help me and shocked to be told that I should get a wheel chair and use the ramp thatas I had explained to her was futher away than I could walk. Most helpful! so I of course didn't immediately rush off home , some miles away, and load up a mobility scooter and go back to buy my papers and bread. What a useful well trained, intelligent, articulate, member of staff she was! Don't think I'll be using Sainsbury's again!!!

I go here all the time and the workers are lovely. There is something called smartshop where you can download app scan your own shopping and pay through Google pay. I'd highly recommend especially when it's busy give a break in the que a bit for workers and save your time too :)

This place is like the Tardis, looks tiny from the outside yet has so much choice in there , the staff seem to be constantly cleaning and refilling shelves, prices are very good too
