Cafe ...ordered a breakfast had to tell her which toast i wanted as didn't ask
Breakfast arived after 15 minutes hash browns where hard beans cold and no toast ask the young lady if I could have my toast she apologise and went off to get it I finish my breakfast and toast still hadn't arrived
Told lady on till as I left asked me if I still wanted it lol ? no thanks im going now

Always enjoy this whole shopping experience. Food, groceries, fresh fish, terrific bakery, cafe, fruit and veg galore, always a wide choice of goods on offer.

Morrisons Market Drayton has seriously gone down hill over the last few months, huge increases in prices and quality of fresh produce is terrible. Lots of well known brands disappearing such as Felix cat food, not sure why unless Drayton has suddenly become a cat free zone? I am seriously shocked and angry at how awful this supermarket is now, it used to be a great place to shop. Hopefully another chain will buy them out soon

Gone downhill. Freezers out of order at the hottest time of the year so ice cream choice very limited. Don't always want this 2for1 stuff as it encourages food waste. A lot of customers are pensioners so cater for them.

This store is Useless. Got a meal deal and bar of chocolate took it to the counter and staff when they finished chatting asked me if I wanted these ? ?er let me think, no one at deli counter although people were waiting. The place is a dump, you?re an Embarrassment!!! ?

I want to commend Jackie in the delicatessen. Always has a smile and goes out of her way to provide great service. She knows how much I love the jalopena scotch eggs but there are rarely any left when I go. So she walked me over to the cheese counter where some had been packaged up that I would never have seen. She is a joy to deal with and I hope she gets some recognition for giving great service.

Updated to say it has gone very downhill. Huge gaps on shelves, out of date products still out - I found cheese two months past date - meat is sparse with damaged packaging and I've had several meat items be rancid before the date. Really disappointing as it was great a year or so ago. Don't think the sellout is doing them any good. The only good thing is the Muller selection is the best I've found, as it should be, the factory is less than a mile away.

Bakery needs to cook items more and longer very doughy inside. I had apple pie recently and it was cooked in store. Was almost raw on underside. or even do a tray of more cooked items and see which customer chooses.Also in my opinion best place in drayton for salad and fruit even though some items more expensive I prefer fresh and edible ...
