Friendly staff on arrival. On receiving order curry dips were missing, chicken burger looked like it had been sat on! Totally squashed. We asked for a plain large and small ice cream,both arrived with sprinkles on! I went back and asked for two plain ones the small one came back with no sprinkles and the large one with exactly the same sprinkles on! How on earth the lady who actually came to our table and apologised actually came back with another item with exactly the same problem! The kitchen seemed to be shambolic and slow. To be honest I don't think we'll hurry back here. It was also surprisingly quiet here.....

This is hands down the friendliest McDonald's I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to more than my fair share of them (too many fries, never enough nuggets)! The staff here seem genuinely warm and serve with a smile, sadly not what I have experienced at many chain restaurants of this kind. I know it?s still McDonald's, but with the nicest folks serving you.

One of the most horrendous experiences in my life. I came to visit the restaurant with my partner the other day and it was the biggest mistake ever. The entire place is so unorganised, firstly the staff mixed my orders witch someone else, when they finally managed to sort it out after a 10 minute wait I still ended up getting the wrong drink which I have ordered. Constantly had to listen to the screams of children and staff arguing in the kitchen, one of the worst things that could happen especially to my hearing disability. In the end, my partner had decided to order one of the iconic icecreams they advertise all over the media, this once again ended up getting mixed up with a different order. Hopefully next time I wont have to wait 20 minutes to get a right order and still end up having cold food. Thank you Mcdonalds. ?

No issues with our meal here. Easy to order, food was delivered quickly and with a smile, order was correct and everyone enjoyed what they had. Eating space was clean, toilets were clean, there's a small outside play area and some tablets inside for children. Dining area was quite small and all tables taken when we'd arrived but fortunately they cleared quickly after we'd made our order.

Good McDonald's very helpful and friendly staff. Came over and offered to clean the table, brought kids some colouring and crayons.
The food was quick, good, and hot.
There is a drive through as well.

A reasonably new McDonalds, we ordered food for the whole family and sat outside as the weather was good. Food was general McDonalds fare, unfortunately though the wife's big mac wasn't particularly warm. This seems to be an ongoing issue at McDonalds across the land. One of the employees who was clearing up outside asked us if everything was ok, and upon telling him about said cold burger, he just stuttered and asked if we wanted any more sauces! It's a sorry state of affairs that this sort of service is expected nowadays....

Ordered 5 Chicken selects and got mozzarella straws instead, manager can refund if I return I live half an hour away not Linley to return for refund of £8 it?llcost me more in fuel.

Constant churn of staff, some excellent, others, not so. Never been to a McDonald's that has so many issues with milkshakes and mcflurries (machine seems to spend half it's life broken), sauces is hit and miss regardless of what you ask for and generally it's just not what you expect.
Feel sorry for the staff as some of the servers really do try hard, are very polite and helpful and others make Marvin look positively ecstatic.
