hi , i made 3 bags order but i got only 2 bags now. i am calling as well sent emails but no one respond its not good its happen with me twice before it i made of 4bags order but i got only 3bags . when i am contacting they do not respond atleasts tell us or refund money .

Completely ripped me off for £100 worth of stock, I sent 4 emails and tried to contact them over the last 5 week but nothing, I was buying a lot from them so it doesn?t make any sense that they would suddenly just decide to keep my money and ignore all communication.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago which was somehow missed and although it was hard to reach anybody from Martins as soon as I did the order was sent out next day delivery (I paid for 1st class only). I have been doing business with Martins for quite some time and have always received excellent service.
