The whole experience was fantastic!Kelby listened to my request, we discussed and she performed the cut and blow dry perfectly. Really, really pleased.The whole staff are very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to see that ALL staff had pride in the salon. Will definitely be going again.

All the hairdressers here are brilliant. Kate in particular has been unfailing in the care of my hair for the past 5 years . I am ultra paranoid on products used on my hair , Kate ensures through professionalism and expertise that my highlights , are natural looking and skilfully done . Called today to see if they had any appointments as I was desperate for my daughter to have her hair done. They were extremely polite and understood my desperation and booked my daughter in the same day. My 10 year old has really long hair and it had become so tangled and knotted I didn't think the length could be saved. We were set up with Beth, and I'm going to say this, she is an angel! What she did for my daughter's hair was nothing short of a miracle. She spent ages being very thorough and caring with my daughter's hair. We have booked again and they've gained loyal customers. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The salon is scrupulously clean and covid 19 sanitary measures continue which makes me feel safe.My stylist is very talented, professional and friendly and I always leave feeling very pleased and positive with the result. Wow! I went in not really knowing what colour I wanted but had a really in depth consultation with Kelby. Love my Ariel hair thank you so much for your patience especially when I realised I need to put an extra parking ticket on the car.
